ABOUT THE COURSE:

6 x 2 hours training sessions designed for anybody who hasn’t done any scentwork or nosework before, never used clove scent and is a complete beginner course.

This course, will introduce your dog to a specific scent, teach you how to work and handle the dog in a partnership, teach the dog how to indicate and communicate back to you so you can work as a team.

This is a taster course into scentwork and the final week will be a crime scene investigation based on our former Dog Nose Best course, so anybody who has already completed this course will have already done the challenge and therefore won’t get the full experience.

Dogs will be worked off lead at times so we ask if you are going to book on that your dog is happy around others and not going to be a distraction whilst others are working. ALL dogs must be social and not obsessed with getting to another dog.

Due to the increased cost of the hall, we are now only able to run a course if there are 3 or more dogs, full refunds will be given if we do not get enough interest, and sadly we can only accommodate a maximum of 6 dogs
